Following on from the astounding success of our previous (and highly unusual) seventh floor Fit-out for Cushman & Wakefield/arm technologies just a few months earlier, Jennor UK Limited were again instructed to carry out a further (if slightly less extravagant) refurbishment of the first floor.

We were provided with an outline design from our clients Principal Designers which we meticulously adhered to, to deliver another stunning workspace for this ever-expanding global brand.
This new office not only provides ‘arm’ with a flexible, collaborative and agile facility that aligns closely with the company’s core values, but also strongly references the ‘arm’ teams’ personalities, Manchester’s proud heritage and its vibrant modern outlook…
What we did:
Our extensive fit-out included the following: New partitions, frameless full height glazed partitions and frameless doors, highly bespoke and unique themed rooms including loose furniture and bespoke storage cabinets. New LED lighting to the meeting rooms, new staff kitchen, banks of staff desks, a full new M + E installation. We also provided several new private meeting pods and a large staff breakout room with soft seating and a media centre. The technology we installed included several monitors, wall-mounted iPads and a selection of writable whiteboards.s
