Full Cat ‘A’ Fit-Out
Jennor UK were delighted to secure the instruction to strip-out and refurbish (to a stunning ‘Cat A’ status), this dated and worn Suite on the third floor of 86 Deansgate, Manchester, a building within which, we’ve serviced various levels over the past few years, including the addition of a large and bespoke Roof Garden!

What we did
We started with a complete strip-out of all existing fixtures and fittings including all tables, chairs, desks, signs and IT equipment along with the existing partitions, suspended ceilings and doors. We then began completing a full office fit out including a brand new suspended ceiling and tiles throughout, new carpets, new lighting, new W.C’s with Corian vanity units, sensor taps and soap dispensers, a full M + E package and finished with a decoration package.
The Result
The stunning clean lines throughout this 3rd Floor suite are a world away from the aged and drab interior that welcomed our arrival, the suite is now ready for brand new and incoming tenant and provides a beautifully finished ‘blank canvas’ within which to add their own corporate identity.
