Full Cat ‘A’ Fit-Out
Our brief was to transform two recently vacated Floors at No. 1 New York Street and the two large suites within them.

Location: 8th & 9th Floor ‘Cat A’ Fit-Out to One, New York Street, Manchester
Both floors hadn’t been refreshed for approaching five years so the Landlord looked to find a suitable Contractor to carry out the dilapidations and then proceed on with a full Cat ‘A’ Fit-out that a new Tenant would be delighted to then take on to add their own type of Corporate branding to. Jennor UK having already worked within No.1 New York Street, were perfectly placed to understand the dynamics of servicing such a Landlord, Agent and the Buildings Management.
What we did
Our work started by undertaking a phased strip-out of the existing floors including all partitions and ceilings, kitchens, floor coverings, A.C units, lighting and electricals. We then installed a new metal ceiling grid and tiles, a new LG7 compliant lighting system, stripped off the plaster from the existing concrete columns and then polished them to leave an exposed but stylish finish, installed new carpet tiles throughout and finished off with a full redecoration package.
The Result
As can be ascertained from the photographs, these sizable and open-plan Suites are now ready to receive new tenants with a vision of collaborative working and future growth in mind, we trust they find these new floors as welcoming and fresh as we do.
