If ever there was a definition of a ‘Fast-Track Fit-out’, then this was it!
Week One to price and submit our tender figures, Week Two we were notified of the Clients acceptance of our bid and Week Three we started on Site!

What we did
Asics’ relocation to Birchwood Park was an absolute joy to work upon as we had a clear and direct path through the works that could not be deviated from due the extremely strict timescales involved.
This ‘Fast-Track Fit-Out’ was such as this is was a real ‘blast from the past’ and regardless of any Million Pound projects we undertake these days, its so rewarding to still be able to complete these on time and within budget.
Our work included removing all existing assets from their original base to be reused in the new facility. We then did a complete strip-out of existing flooring and partitioning before installing new stud partitions to form the office, meeting rooms, showrooms and a staff gym. We supplied new office furniture and also installed LVT flooring to the new showroom and created a new kitchen and dining area before relocating the original shoe/clothing displays along with a range of new displays. New lighting was installed to the waiting area along with other featured locations and a full M + E Data package was intalled.
The Result
When Asics decided to relocate from the far reaches of Warrington to the ever popular Birchwood Park, they may’ve had a few reservations.., as their Warrington base was quite a joy in itself, …. what Jennor UK have managed to do is not only replicate large portions of their previous home …. but also brought it roaring into the future with a thoroughly modern fit-out that will defy age for decades to come!
