When one of our historic clients asked if we could help them out on a slightly unusual project that “has a ridiculously short lead time” and “an equally tight delivery period”…, there was clearly only one response we at Jennor could offer …. “Where’s the Tender?”

What we did
Although we’ve supplied and installed Modular Buildings before, only rarely have we also carried out and extensive Demolition and Civils package within it, happily, we again repaid the Clients faith in us by delivering a stunning Installation in time, on time and within budget, better still …. we far exceeded Cadent Gas’ expectations in the process, meaning this was only the start of a new and successful partnership between all three parties!
The works included demolition of the existing building and a full site clearance before installing new concrete foundations and all necessary services. We then installed the new modular shell building, connected all amenities and then did a full internal fit-out including all furniture and a staff kitchenette. Externally, we created the car park area and installed a new rising arm access barrier with state-of-the-art ANPR licence plate reader along with HD cameras, CCTV system and the perimeter steel fencing and gates
The Result
Although not generally standard fare for Jennor UK, the supply and installation of Modular Buildings is something we’re used to and this particular project was such a success that we have already secured three more Cadent Gas installations (one in Bolton and one each in Chester and Chesterton) with the promise of more to follow as and when they arise. Repeat Business is the best recommendation achievable and certainly something we never take for granted.
