Cat ‘A’ & Cat ‘B’ fit out of a previously vacant suite for new Occupant
Jennor UK were delighted to be asked to visit this global fitness organisation within the Acresfield Building in St Ann’s Square, central Manchester.

What we did
The sixth floor contained, until recently, a selection of small Offices and Meeting Rooms that the previous tenant had stripped out quite poorly prior to vacating, requiring quite an amount of repair work prior to any refurbishment taking place. UP Fitness tasked Jennor UK with creating a Design and Build package.
We completed a strip out and provided Crittal style partitioning system, acoustic ceiling pads, howdens kitchenette, bespoke joinery work, full ventilation and air-conditioning servicing, plumbing works and full decoration programme. Once complete, the new sixth floor fit out would provide extra staffing accommodation and additional meeting rooms to support their third floor operation.
The Result
A stunning installation that completely transformed this vacant sixth floor Dorma suite, with stunning elevated views across the City. Solely on the back of this ‘Cat A’ & ‘Cat B’ fit out, we have since been instructed to fully refurbish their Offices on the third floor within the same building and incredibly, one of their flagship Gym’s in Amsterdam!
