What we did
A complete CAT B fit-out of an 8,000 sq ft office space located within a live high-rise building in Central Manchester. Our work included: full strip-out of existing partitions, ceilings and floor finishes, installation of new ceilings, new floor finishes throughout, acoustic double-glazed partitions, smart LED lighting, VRF heating and cooling systems and specialist systems including fire alarm, BMS, sprinkler, CCTV, alarms, and door access.
The Result
A fantastic change from the old offices, with new lighting, furniture and equipment really bringing the space to life. The flooring adds a touch of class to the rooms and the interior design and furnishings brought a fantastic finish.
