Modero - Cat ‘B’ Fit Out
Although Jennor UK have serviced various units within the Royal Albert Dock over the past decade, this was the first time for a new Client of ours Modero, formed in just 2005 and based in Liverpool, they specialise in the provision of Quantity Surveying and Project Management.

What we did
Jennor UK operated and fitted out three vacant Units within Edward Pavilion, units 22, 23 & 24 … with each receiving a similar scale of ‘Cat B’ Refurbishment / Fit-Out for an incoming Tenant.
The Result
A wonderful transformation of three vacant spaces within Edward Pavilion, stunning contemporary Cat B Fit-Out’s perfectly complement the already beautiful and historic vaulted ceilings in the suites and the ongoing repurposing of these dockside storage warehouses in nothing short of remarkable.
Although our first project of Modero, we’re certain it won’t be the last.
