What we did
The Refurbishment itself was as diverse as it was challenging, with Jennor virtually gutting the existing interior fit out to reveal the full extent of decades of damp and neglect. As part of the project we installed sliding sash windows to match the originals in situ along with renewing the window boards. We installed new flooring to each apartment and communal area and installed new furniture and venetian blinds to all apartments. We also provided a full decorating package throughout the property.
The Result
What an astonishing transformation!, from a very tired student residence with leaking and drafty Windows and internal structural issues to how we’ve left it …. fit for at least, another twenty years of Manchester Students.
Now roundly agreed as a ‘preferential address’ by incoming Students and our J.V. Clients alike, Daisybank Villas now fully operational and filling up fast.
