Extensive Cat A & Cat B Fit-Out to The Victoria, Salford Quays
Jennor UK Limited were highly delighted to secure yet another project for this wonderful on-going client for whom we’ve previously carried out several projects for over the last couple of years.

What we did
The ‘Victoria’ is an imposing Building that was constructed in the 1990’s and is situated on the banks of Erie Basin on Salford Quays, Internally, The Victoria, massively benefitted from a £5 million pound fit out in just 2018 and so wasn’t in any serious state of disrepair, therefore Jennor UK were requested to carry out a periodic spruce up to a first floor suite following the departure of a exiting tenant.
We conducted a full mechanical & electrical redesign & installation, supplied three types of internal partitioning and also glazed partitions. We installed sound barriers within the floor void and floor finishes to offices and wet rooms. We also included a new kitchen and bench seating, fire system installation, brand new data installation, plumbing package and a decorating package including new wall coverings.
The Result
Another stunning Jennor UK quality fit out which is now ready and available for a lucky incoming tenant to ‘The Victoria‘.
As can be seen from the photos overleaf, the placement and surroundings of this structure are breath taking and it isn’t hard to see why Businesses are now looking at Salford Quays as a viable alternative to City Centre working, with its many varied amenities, large open spaces, ample parking and all within a real village like Community.
