Extensive Fit Out & Sales Showroom for Howdens
With Jennor UK Limited trying to obtain an introduction to The Howden Joinery Group for some time, we fortunately made progress when a highly valued contact left one of our longstanding Clients and commenced employment in a similar role with Howdens. This by no means meant we would sail through the initial qualification process, but happily we eventually obtained our very first enquiry.

What we did
We were delighted to secure a Project at our very first time of asking, and even more so that it would be on a brand new Building that they had just taken ownership of.
The new Trade Centre would be accessible to the Trade and Public alike and was to be filled with countless fully working new Kitchen displays, and a number of Meeting rooms and offices, these were all completed to the high expectations of Howdens.
We supplied and installed electrically operated entrance screens, installed galvanised steel security door sets, constructed four different internal wall types and installed new sanitary goods to the toilet blocks. We also included a full flooring package with vinyl to the W.C’s, carpet tiles to meeting rooms and office and laminated flooring throughout the showroom. We also provided a new kitchen area, trade counter along with staff lockers. We finished by installing a number of kitchen displays and a full decorating package throughout.
The Result
Although we’ve worked within many Industrial ‘Shed’ type of structure, this one was a touch different as Howdens are the very first occupants of this superb building, suffice to say, we had a complete blank canvas within which to operation in. Howdens continual growth throughout the country seems unstoppable and as our Client was highly delighted with our workmanship, so much so, that Jennor UK have now been added to their national framework of Contractors and are listed with a ‘Preferred’ status notation.
