JLL Warehouse and Office Block Refurbishment
A sector that we’ve seen a marked increase of enquiries in over the past twelve months or so is the ‘Cat A’ refurbishments of these small industrial units scattered across the North West of England (and of course further afield), sadly as a possible consequence of businesses failing in the current climate and ongoing global pandemic.
Overall cost: £195,000
Location: Bury
What we did
We did extensive external works including new roof details, metal cladding panels and rainwater goods before removing all the previous tenants redundant fixtures and fittings. Internally, we then stripped out the mezzanine to the original shell, applied epoxy resin to the concrete floor slab and installed new ceiling mounted LED light fittings throughout. We replaced the W.C’s and kitchen and also renewed the complete electrical system in the building. We also created new office areas with suspended ceilings and LED lighting.
The Result
There is really nothing more stark and pleasing than a photograph of a newly painted and refurbished Industrial / Warehouse unit, this one really looks as though its ready to welcome its first Tenant and not it’s umpteenth!
It’s so rewarding to review the ‘before and after’ photographs of this project and we’d be delighted to share the same with you upon request.
