Co-ordination of nominated contractors (lift, sprinklers, electrical, fire alarm and specialist door access controls).
What the client had to say:
This client specialises in the provision of pathway accommodation for people who have experienced severe brain injuries / damage. This was a particularly difficult project as Jennor had been asked to take over a distressed site from a contractor who had left the site. The added complication was that one of the blocks had been completed, handed over and now had very vulnerable people living in it.
This was a challenge that Jennor did not shy away from and immediately set about forging a strong working relationship with both residents and support staff on site. The actual quality of the new work delivered, and the work undertaken to rectify the previous poor workmanship was excellent but was secondary to the conscientious and sensitive way that the work was programmed and delivered.
I would not hesitate in utilising Jennor UK Ltd on any future projects and I am cognisant of the fact that the client and their operational teams are very keen to re-engage them on future development opportunities.
