What we did

SpectrumX is a biotechnology company focused on providing safe and effective healthcare products powered by proprietary HOCI formulations. SpectrumX is the ONLY company in the UK and Europe to have the license to use the patented, shielded HOCl+Plus formulation, Spectricept ™.

We installed a double storey mezzanine floor along with all electrical feeds to mechanical services and a full air-conditioning installation. We constructed a new larger toilet block, shower room and kitchen area along with a full plumbing package. We included a full lighting package, power/data package, decorating and fire alarm installation. We also completed an office, laboratory, meeting and storage area.

A stunning Fit Out for this American owned entity, that are incredibly still in their infancy. During the two years of their existence, they have shown impressive growth and are UK leaders in their field. They were formed in and have risen through the global pandemic and provide a niche patented product that will keep current and future generation safe from virus and disease.

Jennor UK Limited undertook a phased fit out from March to July 2022 to provide us with office, laboratory, meeting room, storage and welfare spaces to support the growth of our business.

These works were delivered on a live manufacturing site and planned and coordinated to ensure there was no disruption to ongoing business operations and that all work were completed safely.
