What the client had to say:
Jennor (UK) Ltd have worked on numerous projects for JLL on the Royal Albert Dock over the past 4 years. The projects have been managed while working in complex environments, including managing the general public, retail tenants, office tenants and residents.
Project Bounty included extensive demolition, historical restoration and Planer works, which required complex Risk Management and Control Measures implementation, especially in regard to Public Protection. Jennor were required to work within a multidisciplinary team, including Architects, Structural Engineers, Specialist Nominated Sub-Contractors, Facilities Managers from JLL, Savills and Premier Estates.
As acting Principal Contractor Jennor (UK) Ltd delivered the project within the contract programme and successfully managed all Stakeholders, worked within and with the Team at large to help deliver the logistically complex works package.
I have no reservation in recommending Jennor (UK) Ltd for works undertaken within complex environments, working within multidisciplinary teams, stakeholder engagement and management.
