St Andrews Gardens, Student Accommodation
Yet another addition to our ever-expanding portfolio of Student Accommodation Refurbishments, this one for our long-standing client at St. Andrews Gardens in Liverpool.
Overall cost: £450,000
Location: Liverpool
Our brief
More commonly referred to locally as the Copperas Hill ‘Bullring’, The building was originally opened in 1935, originally housing council tenants between the two World Wars. Although It’s long been a residence for Students, it is now managed by ’Homes for Students’, and we were absolutely delighted to partake in this latest internal refurbishment.
What we did
We did a full strip-out of suites prior to the refurbishment works. We then installed 18 ensuite pods and 15 communal bathrooms. The refurbishment works included extensive flooring repairs to the existing bathrooms/ensuites, relocation of electrical items, new light fittings, the complete decoration works to suit the new bathroom/wet environments and to all bedrooms and the removal and replacement of bedroom furniture and furnishings.
The Result
The complete transformation of tired living quarters and dated Bathroom suites, into something that will welcome new Students into Liverpool for many years to come. The Refurbished Rooms really are on par with some City Centre Apartments and were a joy to be involved with.
