Units 3A & 3B - Eaton Point Industrial Park
Jennor UK were delighted to again be working in partnership with Powell Williams, for whom we completed a £3 Million-pound fit-out for at Hallamshire Business Park in Sheffield.

What we did
This project was slightly closer to home than the previous one but much more engaging and involved the Cat A fit-out of two industrial units that were to be knocked into one for an American company who’s speciality is to manufacture ‘Automotive Alternators’ for the US Military. We removed a divisional wall between the units and installed a new mezzanine floor, installed a new heating and cooling system, new lighting throughout. We also installed a new kitchen, provided acoustic windows into the newly formed office space, installed new steel access stairs and also a full-height, frameless, glazed partition for the managers office before completing the project with new carpet and floorcoverings and decorating throughout.
The Result
The incredible transformation of two empty industrial shells into a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility of incredible importance, Jennor UK again exercising our ‘turn-of-hand’ expertise & diversity of operating within all/any conceivable sector. We left our client Powell Williams and their unnamed occupant highly delighted with the result of our works.
