Warehouse Refurbishment
This refurbishment of three adjoining warehouse units, located on Whitefield near Manchester included major internal and external works.

What we did
External Works included: the removal of the existing asbestos roofs and the installation of a new TATA Trisobuild Roof system, with new parapet and gutter treatment. New external windows and doors. Refurbished external cladding and general improvements to the surround groundworks, with the addition of car charging POD points.
Internal Works included: Extensive strip out of previous tenant installations. New electrical installations including small power, lighting and fire alarm works. New HVAC systems including heat recovery. New mechanical plumbing and sanitary works. Complete new finishes, including ceilings, doors, flooring, kitchens, WCs, decoration and fire stopping works.
The Result
The project completed major building improvements to bring them in line with current Building Regulations and increasing the EPC to each unit to achieve a minimum A rating.
