Analysing drawings, schedule of works Specifications and performance specifications. Take off quantities, establish bespoke rates specific to individual elements. Establish subcontract enquiries, with detailed analysis of the integral prices and verifying value and cost. Detailed cost analysis into Labour, Materials, Plant, Subcontract and Provisional Sum elements and advice senior management of potential construction, contractual and risks. Communicate with design teams to establish Value engineering in conjunction with budgets and outline scope.
