Ryan Middlehurst
Ryan joined the team with a strong foundation in design and project management, holding a BA (Hons) in Product Design. Having begun his career in technical design before progressing into project management, he developed extensive expertise in technical coordination, project delivery, and client engagement. In his current role as Project Estimator, Ryan is responsible for preparing accurate cost plans and tenders for refurbishment and fit-out projects ranging from £50,000 to £1.5 million. His ability to work closely with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients ensures budgets are effectively managed and competitive solutions are delivered. Ryan’s commercial acumen and attention to detail make him a valued member of the team, supporting projects from initial enquiry through to successful delivery.
