What type of office fit is best for me?

The type of office fit out you’ll need depends on the extent of the work you need. There are typically three types of office fit out:

Shell and core

This is the most extreme office fit out and is what you’ll need if you move into a new office space with just the ‘core’ structure. You’ll likely have exposed walls, ceiling and wiring. A shell and core office fit out will require a Category A and Category B fit out.

Category A

If a building’s shell and core are finished but still need mechanical and electrical services installed, as well as floor and ceiling covers and fire safety detectors, you’ll need a category A fit out.

Category B

This is the easiest fit out to complete and usually includes data installations, putting up brand signage, making changes to the light and audio set up and installing new furniture or kitchen areas.

How long will it take to fit out my London office?

Each fit out project will vary in length depending on the amount of work involved, and it’s possible your project could be completed in a matter of weeks.

Realistically, our projects rarely take longer than 12 weeks to complete.
